Abstract Submission Instructions
  1. The official language is English. As such, posters should be prepared in English.

  2. The first author will be informed of the date, time, and location of presentations.

  3. For oral presentations at the symposia, data projectors (LCD projectors) will be provided. (Please note that OHP and slide projectors will not be available.)

Online Abstract Submission is available through the UMIN online system. Please click the submission button below.


  1. Program requirements
  • The UMIN online system has been optimized for current browsers. We recommend Internet Explorer, Netscape, Google Chrome, Safari (ver.2.0.3 [417.9.2] and later), or Firefox.

  1. Language: English
  • Enter the names of the first author (presenter), co-author(s), institutions, title, and your abstract in English only.
    List three to five **1**keywords in English.

  1. Abstract length

  1. Application for oral presentation at the symposia
  • If you wish to apply to be a selected speaker at a symposium, please choose a symposium from the pull-down menu on the submission page.
    (The symposia in this list will accept a few selected speakers chosen by the organizing committee.)
    Please provide your best English manuscript (Authors, Title, Journal, Volume, Pages, Year) related to your study presented in this symposium.

  1. Password/Registration number
  • After submission, a registration number will be issued and you will be asked to provide a password. Should you re-enter the site to check, modify, or delete the submitted data, you will need your registration number and password as login information.

  1. Check, Modification, and Deletion
  • To make changes or corrections, select the appropriate button below (Confirmation, Modification, or Deletion of Submitted Abstract) to return to your already-registered data.
    After login, your registered data will be displayed, and you can modify the data. Please do not forget to click the "Submit" button to complete the modification. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to your registered address each time you modify the content.
